Data deletion

If you are a customer who messaged a business

Send a WhatsApp message or email asking for deletion. Include the phone number you used and the business you messaged.

Within 30 days we delete the messages, statuses and form answers we hold for that number, and confirm by the same channel. Order and payment records that tax law makes us keep are kept only for that purpose.

If you are a business that connected the TGOA Messaging app

  1. Disconnect the number in the WhatsApp Business app: Settings → Account → Business Platform → Disconnect. You can also remove the app's access in Meta Business Settings → Integrations.
  2. Tell us at hello@crafttint.com. We delete your access token straight away and your message records within 30 days.

If you used Facebook Login with our app

Remove the app in Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, then email us as above to delete any data we received.
